Jessica Whitley is the founder of The Vibrant Lotus Studio, a space dedicated to gentle, trauma-informed healing for individuals in early recovery. She spent over 15 years working as a nurse, along with additional years in healthcare and customer service — including time at UnitedHealthcare, where she was promoted to trainer and rebuilt the team's onboarding program. Jessica has also personally struggled with addiction, and it's that lived experience, paired with her clinical background and six years as a meditation instructor, that shapes everything she creates.
Drawing on her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, Jessica built 30 Days to Peace, a trauma-informed, faith-centered guided meditation program designed specifically for early recovery. The program worked for her — and after sharing it with others who found the same relief and grounding, she developed it into a licensable program now available for rehabs and treatment centers. She is also the author of Realign & Redefine: Rebuilding Safety and Self, a gentle guide to nervous system healing after addiction. Whether through a daily meditation, a workbook, or a chapter of her book, Jessica believes healing doesn't have to be forceful to be real — it can be gentle, steady, and still lead somewhere new.
